I got the bushing from my local electronics surplus store. A real hardware store (not HD or Lowes) will probably have a selection of them.

I found the shouldered bolt in my stash of spare hardware. Again, a real hardware store should have something that will work.

Where might I find this type of hardware? Are these special machine parts or off-the-shelf HD/Lowes fare?
