One Saturday about 2 years ago.  I nearly got hit twice!  The first time was on a residential street, by a school bus.  The second time on a major road with a marked bike lane, Of coarse by a budwieser beer truck. I think he had been dipping into his shippment.  On coarse there were some words and gestures exchanged.
