Subject:      Today's FAVOR Meeting at Ft DeSoto

The first FAVOR (Florida Assoc. of Vanagon Owners) meeting today at Ft. DeSoto Park in St. Petersburg was a success. Eleven Vanagons and their owners were in attendance, we all enjoyed each others company and had a great time. Fortunately, the weather improved from earlier in the week, and we were treated to a beautiful 80 degree Florida spring day. I know most of us got a little too much sun. :>)


Hopefully, we will get some photos posted soon, everyone took a lot of pix, except me, I was too busy cooking and checking out the rides. We should be meeting again around the end of April for the Big VW weekend in Tampa, will post the plans as they become available.


Big thanks to everyone who attended and a special thanks to Matt for all his hard work.
