Thanks for the suggestion, Doug. I just came in from outside looking for the brown ground wire off the Hall sender that Mike Boland told me to check. When I reinstalled the engine, I connected the ground wire to the throttle body on a bolt that holds the fuel pressure regulator onto the throttle body. I think this is were it was connected originally. Also I checked all of the wires leading to the coil, wriggled them all, but they all seem to be connected. I did notice one wire with a yellow connector on the end that is not plugged into anything. I recall when I installed the engine that I could not find a place to plug it. There does not seem to be a mate to it anywhere. I assume that it was just there, plugged into nothing. The wire is white with a light green stripe, but again there is no place for it to plug as far as I can see. With my headlamp I don't have enough light to see much detail down near the Temp II sender, but I'll check that out thoroughly tomorrow morning. Thanks again. Warren Lail
