Good luck with this.
I buy stuff from them a few years ago, and was trying to organize a group
buy for a different non-vanagon item, and they said that the last group buy
was a real hassle for them, and were not really interested......that they
would not mind selling a bunch of items to own person at a slight discount,
and have them work out the individual shipping............

I received this message, but I don't think a copy made it to the list
(Brett, you probably just forgot to hit "reply all"), so I have forwarded
it:

I would be willing to set up a paypal account; that would be the most simple
way to organize this buy. If someone is wants in, all they would have to do
is transfer the funds, and with it would also come there contact info and
shipping address, how much easier could it be. Plus, it is free as long as
credit cards aren't used. It sounds like we have a willing pickup/ship man
in James V, I'm out of state and would be willing to purchase the kits over
the phone using my credit card with Gene Berg. I know that I don't want the
extension, and I read several others say this as well; and I definitely
don't need them to waste time and money putting them in retail packaging.
James V, perhaps you could call or drop by there tomorrow and ask them how
many units we would need to purchase (in said configuration) to get the old
price of $25. I bet we could get 100 commitments at that price!
Sick of sloppy shifting,
