I'm trying to remove my propane tank to replace the valve on my '87 Westy and am having a difficult time removing the tapered nut that connects the copper tube to the tank assembly. Every twist with a wrench results in the whole assembly turning. Any suggestions? Note: I don't believe it's ever been removed before, but have loosened the bolts holding the tank to the vehicle thanks to PB Blaster. In VW Love, light & laughter Jay '87 Westy,"Ol' Blue," 327K |
