I bought that seal section and it fits very well. Sits down nice and flat against the top of the luggage rack. Much better than the old one, which was stiff and crumbling.
The Bus Depot "seal" to go around the luggage rack base (none of these are really seals -- they can't be or water wouldn't drain) is slightly inferior to the stock one in that it's missing a little lip that helps keep air from getting under the rack. I had wind noise problems after installing it until I tightened my rack closer to the roof. None since, though. I'm not really complaining, it works fine, just pointing out a difference.
