The best I have found is Devcon MVP 33. It has worked with everything I have thrown at it except, sad to say, polyethylene. The coolant lines might be high density polyethylene, but if they aren't, this stuff will work. Who knows, someone might even be making an adhesive for HDPE . . . at $100 / oz.
