I too have seen this on a Syncro for sale, where the guy advertized it with "two tanks". Interesting thing when you look at the stock 2wd tank it has a large U shape opening down the middle of the tank, like it was ment for the Syncro drive shaft,

But I thought I remember looking under my Syncro to see if you could just put the 2WD tank under there where it is on the 2WD but something didn't seem to work, forgot what it was.

Anybody who knows how to do this, please let us know, 16 extra gallons in the Syncro would be cool!
