My rack starts the farting at around 80 mph.

FYI I weigh about 175 and have stood up in the rack before with no ill side effects. Keep in mind I did NOT stand in the center but kept my feet near the edges. I think the 125lbs limit is keep adverse effects on handling to a minimum.
