While we are on this subject, I just went thru the same deal here in Boston. As I was expecting I didn't pass emissions although the only item I failed was the "HC GPM" My reading was 05.31 and the limit is 03.20 Any Ideas?

FYI my other readings were:

CO GPM Reading: 020.61 Limit: 080.00 PASS NOX GPM Reading: 06.51 Limit: 07.00 PASS CO2 GPM Reading: 369.81
