I've got to do some work in this area on every vanagon I have. I'm thinking of closing off the fresh air to the overhead rear vent. I've never used these, as I don't ride many passenger in my Vanagons. Any see a reason not to do this. My reasons to do this, is to get better air flow to the front, and not have to replace the foam that is used to seal these vent control doors. Eric
