There is also a worm or virus that is sending emails from support@ followed by
whatever your ISP is.  Or any ISP you may have ever been associated with.  Or
not.

So don't open attachments from your ISP or any other.  They know this is going
around, and won't send any to you.  I know this as I work for one.
