Hi Bryan I recall a few complaints about vibration problems with the tico engines although they may have ironed these out am not sure. I like the look of the subaru engine a lot more if you are planning a conversion.Personally i'll stick to original. LOL Jeff 1990 Westy under construction. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bryan Duggan" <bduggan@MINDSPRING.COM> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Thursday, March 11, 2004 1:20 AM Subject: Happy TIICO?

It seems like it would be a good engine for my vanagon, given the bang for the buck. Does anyone out there have any reasons why they would not do it for thier van? Or if you have one what do you think now about having done it? > > PS: Anyone in Eugene, OR have a space I can work in? > > Cheers, > Bryan Duggan > bduggan@mindspring.com > > 89 westy: tajnamaste > 86 syncro >
