All the ones I've seen at retail have been the same OEM German seal, as the German price is low enough to discourage anyone from bothering to repro it. Therefore the odds are good that you'll get the same product no matter where you buy it. If there's anything else out there I haven't seen it.

If you're putting it in yourself, it can help to let the seal sit out in the sun for a while first to make it a bit more pliable.
