It is not a "quick-shift" kit. It is a short shift and, maybe just in my
case,
I shift a little slower than before because I can and still find the next
gear quickly. I don't think these things like being "hurried" or pressured
during shifting. And it is true, that the raised fulcrum point the kit
produces, naturally increases stresses on the bottom end of the shift
rod, because there is more rod hanging down there.
