Warren ~ It sounds like Billie tis having respiratory failure .the lungs are
getting Old just like Billies Bones.With the breathing stats you  quoted
Billie is starting to gasp for air simalar to hilary.  He has been on  precription
drugs  way to long. I think you should check him into a Mahle or Cofap
Clinic.They have been doing human Lung transplants with a excellent 98 % success
rate.You should also have the Aorta valves & the Mitral valves revamped. When
Billie recupes , his lungs will be stronger and he will then be able to take in
his nutritional injections at a much better rate.This will allow him to run the
100 yard dash in 9 seconds instead of 16.  Out on the Highway Ole  Billie will
then be able to stick his chest out and his Nose up and breath better  with
pure pride  , No more shame for Billie.We are proud to announce that we have
state of the art shipping containers which are climatically controled to get
your new lungs to you still breathing and are at the proper temperature which
