This is true! Here in Toledo Ohio we have 2 refineries. BP and Sunoco. Gas prices have remained lower than most other places... like Michigan. Currently prices are at $1.58 a gallon depending on location in town. Here the price can flux between two and ten cents by neighborhood. Just my thoughts... nothing more. -TankGirl
