Are you sure the leak is from the flywheel seal? Other possible leak sources are the oil galley plug and a crack in the case, in front of cylinder #3. If it is the flywheel seal, possible causes a loose/spun main bearing or excessive crankcase pressure due to a piston/cylinder problem.
