Ever thought about a bad thermostat or a bad head gasket (exhaust gases getting into the coolant, heating it and buiding pressure)? Does it overheat at freeway speeds or around town, stop and go? Around town would suggest a clogged radiator or inoperable radiator fan switch. This is all just based on my personal experience. -John
