Actually, he kept the factory tank and added a fuel cell of sorts into the rear tire well. There is a switch on the dash that will alternate between the two, so he only needs to run it a few minutes on regular diesel before he heads to the dealer.

Explaining how the techs all seem to crave McDonalds after working on his car is another story....

.. you just have to fill it up with pump-diesel before you bring it in for service. As long as they don't find a french fry in the fuel filter, you're A-OK.
