I'd say let it go. I saw the ad yesterday, and just passed it by. Unlike his previous tactics, this ad seems to state the condition in a truthful manor. Since he isn't doing anything wrong on TheSamba, why bother with trying to block him. I know the guys a jerk, but he has a right to sell his van, as long as he doesn't try to lie about it. If I could have found an engine/transaxle cheap enough, there was a time when I would have bought it.
