Subject: new coil - still no spark???
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Okay, so the intermittent stalling problem in my '85 is still going on. I have replaced the coil because the enging was turning over like crazy but no spark from the coil. Replaced it still no spark, I guess it was not the coil. What do I need to check next? A friend said the ignition switch??? If that is bad could that cause the car to die while driving along?? That is all it has ever done, cruising along in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th gear, never while stopped at a signal or anything.
