all the passenger van syncros were this base Non-GL model in '90-'91, (there were no 7 pass GL Syncros in '90-'91 aside from full GL Westy Syncro's) so they could have just made ALL the '90-''91 Non-GL pass vans in Austria, both syncro and 2wd.. anyone confirm this?
