There's Parts Place in Auburn Hills, but I can't really recommend dealing with them unless you really need something in a hurry. They also don't seem to have any used Vanagon parts left; at least, they've never had anything available that I asked for.

There's also a pretty good-sized VW wrecking yard just west of Greenville, on M-57. I went up there one Saturday, but they were closed -- looks like they might only have weekday hours, unfortunately.
