It may not be a scam, but it IS a little misleading to describe the van with
a 2.1L engine and syncro-specific transmission in MASSIVE font, and then in
ridiculously tiny font explain that these same items are not included.
The only reason to do that would be to get people to bid on the van
"described", not the actual van. As always with ebay, buyer beware.

This van was posted on the syncro list a few times the guy seemed
very up front about the condition of the van. I don't think it's scam
he just has more van's then he needs and wants to get rid of it.
Sounds like a good van from a subaru conversion.
