Without looking at the motor I can't suggest where but... remove the line from the water pump outlet and splice in a piece of clear tubing ( six inches of clear tubing and a short piece of metal tubing that fits inside diameter of clear tubing and the hose, hose clamps). Start the engine and watch the rate of flow. if it's slow to non existent it's the pump.

To really tell, bypass the radiator ( for a short time only) eliminating the potential of flow restrictions there.
