I contacted the Ontario OPP and send a report about this Kyle Oliphant guy. I couldn't help but I feel so offende that I had to do something and I hope it is right and have no problems with the admin or even worst with you guys. The following is a copy of my report.

To whom it may concern:

I'm member of a mailing list at www.gerry.vanagon.com and we received a message with antisemetic slures. The persons name is KYLE OLIPANT and the posted tel.# 704-906-6086. He posted a VW Vanagon'Synchro at e-bay for sale under:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2467602921
with some false statements. After some body did response and figured the false statement out KYLE stared to herass him and stated racial slures. He also send later on the antisemetic slures to the mailing list.

I'm offended and so is the list. You might contact the admin from the list @ admin@gerry.vanagon.com to get more informations.

Looking at the e-bay for sale webpage seems this person is in the USA and I don't know the law there, but I know that in Canada he would be investigated. 

Can you do something about this and/or inform the authorities in USA?
