you need a 80-84 only door.  85-91 wont fit your van.    i have one FS.
you might also try removing your interior doorpanel, and using a piece of 1x4
trim wood, and massaging the dent out from the inside of the door..  ive done
it before with impressive results.  dont hammer it, it will make little peen
marks in it and break the paint.   i assume your paint is not scratched..just
dented as most SUV these days have plastic bumpers...
