Subject: Trade 87 SAAB 900 for vanagon?

Hello,

I have a nice 87 SAAB 900 2dr 5 speed that I'm looking to trade for a Vanagon of equal or higher value.

It's got just over 145k, 2dr, Dk green metallic w/ beige interior, Loaded with sunroof, power windows, heated seats, etc. worth about 1500 on the open market. Completely reliable, with a rebuilt transmission, new clutch, alignment, ft shocks, etc. comes with loads of spare parts.

If you've never owned a SAAB, they are very cool- heavy sheet metal, thick glass, ign. key in center console, everything is just a little different.

Originally a TX car, not too much rust at all. I'm in Buffalo, NY

I'm looking for a Vanagon with a decent body, good front portion of interior and that runs and drives.

I'd prefer an 88 or newer

I'll deliver the SAAB up to 500 miles.. I really want a vanagon!

Percy
