retaliatory feedback is the fear that many have for not leaving negative
feedback. I had this happen 2 out of my 3 first EBAY auctions, totally
ridiculous. I had a negative feedback rating, even though I was an honest
guy. But EBAY has no provision for dealing with this situation, so you have
people with negative feedback that are honest, and 100% positive that are
crooks.
