This report is good. I recently searched the busdepot.com site for some '96 Passat parts. The parts I was looking for did not appear on the regular listing under the application section for the vehicle BUT the search field showed the parts in the database. A phone call confirmed a valid part number and ability to order at the listed price. The fellow I spoke with commented that "These are not parts we usually order but we can get them in 2 weeks and you should see them in three weeks." I was pleased to see a package 2 1/2 weeks later containing the exact parts I ordered. First I was impressed that the database contained parts not listed in the regular application listing. Second, I was impressed that they could order them still. Lastly, I'm impressed that they arrived when stated AND I received the 5% list member discount that I requested.

Thanks to Ron and Busdepot, my Passat now has a new grill, grill emblems, cup holder and door handle seals all for about the price of a new grill from another source.

Ps...I'm not a regular customer but now will be.
