You say below " Might be better to just walk away." Might it not be better to continue to contact eBay rather than use their feedback system? The squeeky wheel method? Unfortunately most people will not make an effort until things get impossibly bad. The problem with contacting eBay is that it takes a lot of contacts to get action.

Although I paid one vendor instantly for a product he would not leave positive feedback unless I left him positive feedback first. That person is manipulating the system. I KNOW if I left him negative feedback he would retaliate.

I hope eBay finds a way to imporve their feedback system to weed out the manipulators. But they will not do anything if no one complains. William
