Is there any new information that I missed? My priorities are Load range D if possible, and quiet street operation.

Mike,

Last year when I needed new tires I reviewed the endless supply of information in the archives and the prices of the different tires at different suppliers. I ended up buying the Yokohama Y 356 195/75R14 at $61 a piece from Tire Rack. These tires are "D" rated and handle pretty good, but I do not drive the Westy in the winter so I can't comment on winter handling.

Just my 2 cents.
