Greetings!

I am looking for a wasserboxer, preferably a Westy but would consider a pop-top weekender (i.e. a pop-top without the kitchen). The other requirements I have are:

1) Must have A/C 2) Must be able to pass Arizona emissions 3) Must NOT have been run over by a large truck (I'm sure you know what I mean!!)

The downside - I don't have lots of money. I have been looking on e-Bay, TheSamba, Westfalia.org, etc. and the prices seem ridiculously high. I only have about $4000 to spend, am I dreaming? Is that too little to get a reasonably reliable Westy?

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know off list. No reason to clog up the list.

Don in Phoenix

P.S. If anybody knows where I can get a Westy Syncro for $4000, let me know for sure!!!!
