Hi - I use my van as my kayak company vehicle. I've gotten a lot of sea and whitewater kayaks up there but need help with anything but the one whitewater kayak. I used Yakima racks and experiment with putting the kayaks forward and back. I'm uploading a couple of images into http://onwatersports.com/Westy/

Oh, and I do step onto that little step ladder to push up the top.
