I replaced my pop top seal with a seal from the Bus Depot. Works great. I used a bit of black silicone RTV adhesive sealant to fill the gap between the main seal and the seal that runs across the front of the pop top.

As far as the seal for the luggage rack: I liked the stock seal better than the replacement "trim" for the luggage rack from Bus depot. But I understand Bus Depot offers an alternate "seal" for the luggage rack which is heftier than the "trim" they offer. I have no experience with the heftier luggage rack seal. But as I understand it the heftier seal for the luggage rack is the same as the main seal for the moving part of the pop top.

Having said that I've no no problem with either the pop top seal or the luggage rack trim for about 5 years. Both work great. The stock luggage rack just sealed the luggage rack to the roof of the bus better. But as near as I can tell there's no drawback to the Bus Depot trim for the luggage rack except astetics. That's www.busdepot.com

I have no affiliation to Bus Depot etc....
