Thanks, all, for the amp reports.  Sounds like it should be fine under the
front seat.  I was particularly concerned about the "heated seat" effect
with the amp right beneath me, but it seems like it will be minimal.  It did
occur to me to try and put it behind the glove box, but it didn't look deep
enough - I'll recheck, though.
