For anyone interested in a really nice and well thought out awning that won't break the bank, your patience will be rewarded. I will have, in about 8 weeks, a completely new design that is unlike any on the market, at a very low price...

- It attaches quickly, requires no drilling or modification of the van, and packs small when not in use.

- It does not require stakes or guy ropes (so it can be used on pavement, rocky soil, etc.)

- It attaches to any side of the vehicle - so you can, for example, use it for cover in the back of the van while working on your engine in inclement weather, or while using a side tent at the same time.

- While designed with VW vans in mind, it also works on other cars, trucks, and SUV's (on the side or rear, or even on the front when working under the hood).

- This is nothing else quite like this on the market, at any price. It's a fresh take on the awning concept, and a Bus Depot exclusive.

- Target price is $150 to $200 depending on the options that you choose.

Two new side tents that are an equally good value and have some of the same capabilities will also be introduced. Details on these, and more on the awnings, to follow within a few weeks.
