Thanks! Coincidently, I just talked to Kool Seal on the phone (got tired of waiting for a response to an email I sent). They fail miserably on the "know your customer" first rule of successful business. They couldn't tell me the name of any stocking dealers in Washington, though they say they have them. Sigh... how hard is to look at some invoices to see where you've been sending bills and product?

At any rate, the best they could do was tell me to go to my local Ace or True Value Hardware. Since those chains carry it nationally, local stores (if willing) can order from there. If it works, it should work in other cities as well.

That's my next try.

Thanks for the ideas.

Tim
