Yup, you read right. I got tired of dealing with the CARB referee issues surrounding my TiiCo motor and pulled it out. In it's place is going a 1.8t motor that I liberated from a rolled 2001 Jetta. I've got a few pics on my site so far with more to follow.

So far I have the wiring about 60% pruned (I pulled the entire harness from the Jetta and will pull what I don't need), The motor is connected to the trans and lifted into place, but the crossbar is not yet in place. With a little luck I should see completion in 4 to 6 weeks. I'll let you guys know how it drives when I'm done.
