Sounds like you could be thinking of me and my A/C mod. I used foam tubes but not as your comments seem to imply. The foam tubes are contained entirely within the A/C housing. The only way to see these tubes is to remove an A/C vent and peer inside the housing. For a complete description of this mod, visit my website.
