Open up the engine cover and have a look if any water is missing from the
left container, that is supposed to be under pressure when the engine is
hot.  Only open it if no water is coming out of it.  If there is a lot of
water that is missing, you better top it up and make sure that the container
on the right is also filled to the hole.  If things are going OK, it should
do, but if there is a lot of air in the system, you would want to bleed it.
