My apologies to the List Membership. I used those three famous words -
ass, you, and me, came up with assume - and made the leap that everyone
would get it that the survey response would be sent back to me. It was
about as clear as mud. Sorry for the extra bandwidth consumed.

Please bear with me. The cutoff day on the survey is Tuesday  this week.
I should have posted it in the original survey notice. By then I will
have achieved N=66, a number necessary for statistical accuracy. Then I
can post the results. That will be followed by directions to a web site
for information, ordering, etc.

If I ever do this again, it will be far more streamlined, and take less
space on the list.
