Hey Fitchen, Are the guide tight or loose, why do you want to remove them? Valve come out from the seat / piston side(inside engine). Sometime, a combination of Heat, drill and presses is needed, this is a delicate job and not a do it yourself job unless your well equiped, when they are dificult to remove, the head is sometime damage where the guide goes, so that is why they sell oversise OD guides. Look at page 15.5 AC Head, you will have a better understanding of the procedure. I never change guide in a wasser but i imagine that it is the same prosedure. Regards, Ben http://www.benplace.com/ |
