Subject:      AC Compressor Kaput!!

Checking things getting ready for spring, I have discovered the mount
portion of the cast aluminum housing of my compressor has broken. There
is no way to fix this. It leaves me with no way to bolt the unit back
into position and tighten it down. The AC works fine, but I can't mount
the thing because of the break. Any suggestions???


What types of AC units were used on the 88 GL's? Anyone know? Are
different units interchangeable ... Say 88 GL and later.


Got to do something. The heat is right around the corner.
