Well, they can lose in California. Which is why a number of them pulled out 10-15 years ago. Our rates now are higher because of that.

When we are talking about a specialized replacement policy as we are here, the numbers are more specific than a general auto accident actuary table and is more like life insurance.

At least that's my take on it.

And yes, insurance companies have a house advantage.
