WELL.......I placed a $400 order with them....all went well except....their...what they call aux batt install kit...item #1738...we played with this for so many hours...trying to figure how to install it...well...we finally figured out that we already had the wiring for the aux battery...didn't need the blue relay included in the kit...and didn't need all the wiring they included...simply put it was the wrong kit...Ron and me sent email back and forth...Ron spent a lot of time trying to prove his side...I figured that after spending $400 and planning to spend more that he would accommodate me with ease...Bus Depot sells parts cheap...but sure would be nice to have some customer service and faster response to emails...the out come...I was at GoWesty....they installed my aux batt with their $20 install kit...all is well...smiles on my face...btw...I returned the install kit to Bus Depot for a full credit...will see....
