The coolant level switch in the pressure tank could be giving a false
indication of low coolant level.  The switch can leak within its electrical terminal
receptacle and shunt the conductors.  The amount of leaking coolant can be
very minor and hidden by the connector boot, but it only takes a little to cause
a false indication.  Pull off the connector and check the level switch for
leakage.
