Subject: Ground for kitchen equipment ?

I recently removed the kitchen from my 85 Westy to do the recommended rust repair and protection. When I replaced the equipment I could not get the pump and level lights to work until I connected the (-) on the water tank to ground. Is there another ground point that I missed in reinstalling? I notice with the connection done the way I have it that my LED for the fridge is always illuminated when the panel lights are switched on.

TIA Tony
